FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, for Singapore taxpayers. HopeBridge is a registered charity and an Institution of a Public Character (IPC), so eligible donations qualify for a tax deduction. Provide your NRIC, FIN or UEN when you donate and we will submit your donation to IRAS so it appears pre-filled in your tax return. We also email an acknowledgement within 48 hours.

Absolutely. Corporate partners can fund a programme, sponsor an event, set up payroll giving or organise team volunteer days — in Singapore or in the field. Email partners@hopebridgefoundation.org or call us to discuss a tailored proposal and impact reporting.

Yes. We accept cards and bank transfers from around the world. Tax relief depends on where you live — we issue an official receipt for every gift and can provide supporting documents for cross-border giving schemes on request. Email partners@hopebridgefoundation.org for bank-transfer details.

Our annual reports, audited financial statements and governance documents are publicly available. We are listed on the Singapore Charity Portal and registered with the relevant authorities in each country where we work. We welcome site visits — contact us to arrange one.

85 cents in every dollar goes directly to programme delivery. 10 cents funds monitoring and evaluation. Just 5 cents covers administration. This is independently verified in our annual audit.

You can choose a cause on the donation form. If you would like to direct a gift to a particular country, send us a message and we will arrange it. Unrestricted gifts go wherever the need is greatest.
